Welcome Agencies!This page has been created to give our Agency Contacts access to agency forms. These documents are password protected to ensure that only Agency Contacts have access to them. If you are the primary contact person AND have attended our Agency Orientation, you may call 404-221-1270 ext 206 to receive the User Login and Password. Agency GuidebookThere have been some changes to the Agency Guidebook. Please read below for a brief summary of the changes. * The list of Ongoing Event Venues has been removed from the Agency Guidebook. This change has been made to ensure that you refer to the online list of Ongoing Event Venues, since this information changes frequently. Notices will be posted on the Weekly Update when changes have been made to an Ongoing Venue. * We are in the process of moving all ticketing procedures to email. If you currently use the Fax Ticket Request form, you are strongly encouraged to switch to the Email Ticket Request form. If you do not have access to email, you may continue to do so but all NEW agencies must use the Email Ticket Request Format unless approved by the Program Coordinator Community Events in advance of their FIRST ticket request. * The Agency Update and Invoice procedures are now listed in the Agency Guidebook for your convenience. Information listed includes where to find the forms, fee schedules and refunds. Make sure to read the instructions thoroughly. Remember: All requests must be emailed from the Agency Contact Person! Please double check all requests for accuracy against the information provided on the website or weekly update. Incomplete or incorrect requests cannot be processed.
